Awning Grant

The goal of the Downtown Smithfield Awning Grant is to assist property owners and their tenants in improving the physical appearance of their buildings to encourage futher downtown revitalization. 

The incentive offered through this program will provide funding for new awnings within the Downtown Smithfield Municipal Service District.  Applicants are encouraged to contact the DSDC prior to completing the application, as the DSDC may be able to offer further design assistance and cost savings.
